I set a personal record this week. I slept only for 22 hours in total in last 5 days. And looks like next few more days are going to be so. I love being busy like this. I can have a deep sleep at night, even if it is for 4 hours. Also, I see I did quite a lot of things. Looking forward to do still many more things and in a more efficient way! Let's see if I'm a different person than now.

I think you really like this movie title Wake up Sid again... and trying to apply changes in ur life,i agree change is part of life and it is essential for survival but changing your personal life like sleeping only for 4 hours in a day and feeling good on it,then i think there is something wrong.Being busy and then sleeping less, is something where you actually affecting your personal life by your work.
As we heard so many times, lasting one thing for a long time which is not good for our health does not effect you in beginning but we realise it later.So i would suggest bring those change only in your life that will make you happy and keeps you healty. :)

I appreciate whatever you said. It's very practical; practical for everyone. But there is a category of some people who think about mental health before physical health. But they do think of physical health too with whatever priority suitable for them. I do only those things which make me happy. So don't worry. I'll be happy and healthy (mentally) always. :)

Hehe! Saurabh, don't relate my health with Ankur's comment.
Also, be positive about both of the things you are worried of. I'm not going to die by following such habits. You really need to see people in Mumbai. Most of them have to have such scary schedules. And still they live healthy life; physically as well as mentally. I haven't mentioned few things here. But I did really take care of few other things like eating right food at right time, etc.
